2. How We Use Your Data

• Service Fulfillment: Data is shared with our professional moving crews (Powered by Fine Movers) to ensure your move is handled "Properly".
• System Theater: Information is processed during the "Calculating..." phase to verify distance, item protection requirements, and crew availability.
• Accountability: Photos are stored for 30 days following a move to resolve any potential liability or damage claims.
